The following restrictions apply for the services being offered on the Romanian market:

• offering any kind of erotic content or adult services is forbidden;
• organizing gambling games is forbidden;
• organizing donation campaigns is forbidden;
• the micropayment numbers are available for services with high monthly traffic;
• restrictions are possible for the type of services that use micropayment numbers;
